I'm using a Hafler DH I assembled in the '80's. The tuner is ok, FM could be more sensitive though. Stereo can be switched off for weak noisy stations. Variable loudness control is sweet along with defeatable tone controls. I'm using it as a second system on the porch with Polk Monitor 5 speakers and I think it sounds great.
